Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Kosmova Research LLC (“Kosmova,” “we”) collects through kosmova.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell it, and you can have it deleted any time.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for launch updates, along with the date and time you signed up.
- Anything you send us when you email us, such as a quote request, including your name, address or callsign if you include them.
- Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To email you about the LC Vertical launch and occasional Kosmova product news, if you signed up.
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Who else handles it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. A few service providers handle data on our behalf so the site can work:
- Our web host, which stores the site, the signup list and server logs.
- Our email provider, which carries the messages we send and receive.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces this site uses. Your browser connects to Google to load them, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google’s privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails you send us are kept as ordinary business records. Server logs are kept for a limited time set by our host.
How we protect it
The signup list is stored on our server in a folder that is blocked from public web access, and only Kosmova can reach it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.
Your choices
Email contact@kosmova.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant and affects information we already hold, we will tell subscribers by email.
